If you are using your video commercially read the agreements for each track and simply right click and save the track you like and send us this.

We can either source your audio from a music library or you can send us the music track you would like and we will incorporate this.
Alternatively why not do a voice-over, you just record into a Webcam or mic and send us the video or file so we can extract your voice, making sure timings are correct to the video you want.
Adding a track of your choice costs you nothing just tell us the place to obtain the file or send it when ordering, if you require a voice over taking from a recording you have done especially for the video this will cost an extra $150 USD, if you require a professional voice-over artist, male or female (any language) please contact us to discuss rates and options….pro voice-overs can usually be obtained for around $250 USD minimum.
Please be aware we take no responsibility for copyright or licensed music used in your video and you will take full responsibility of your video once in receipt of final files and any legal issues associated.

Tthe whole process has been timed at around 3-4 working days, this includes full communication, the process of creating your video using our advanced software, compressing your video using industry standard equipment tailored for the web and then distributing your video to a place where you can download both large and small files easily.
Please note if you order your video on a Friday, it may take until the end of the next week to be completed.

It has proved challenging to send a finished video for review after so much work has been put into creating it to then have that person disappear with their very own video, now there are ways around this but we have also found that people have stopped communicating after we have done work for them, we simply can not work like this so now require full payment upfront via PayPal which is safe for you and us….our motto now is “if you want it, buy it!” simple.

Yes, most of the templates have this option, however we require a little more communication to make sure you have prepared your video fully or agree to pay a fee for us to make sure everything is OK and we all know which part is to be used in the actual finished video (we need exact timings so your video needs to be in small parts that run a little over the time it will be shown)

We charge an extra 200 USD to add video and we charge a minimum fee of 150 USD to edit any footage you have so it is suitable in size, format and quality. Assuming you give us detailed instructions like timings of footage you want to include we can often do this in around an hour, any extra hours will be charged at $90 USD. We always advise that you send us the video you want to add prior to our invoice so we can assess costs and notify you of this as full payment is required before we do any actual work.

There is a great service called DropSend where you can upload up to 2GB five times a month for free and email us the file(s) this way. We advise you use a simple video editing program such as quicktime pro or windows movie maker to only send us the bits you need.

No problems, if you want more placeholders simply work out how many and tell us what you require to be in them (text, images or video) complete the form as usual and add the extra missing places with the same instructions, upload or send us your files and we will add what is required.

We charge an extra 40 USD per extra placeholder which will be added to your invoice before work starts and needs to be paid in full.

There are a number of services out there to send video on Twitter, the best thing is that people clicking on your Tweet in their time-line in the new Twitter interface means your video will show up on the right hand side instantly even if it is in a shortened link from a service such as bit.ly which we recommend for the amazing features related to tracking how many clicks you get and being able to easily amend the sometimes ugly appended text to something more suitable and appealing to click.

YouTube is great for video hosting, and while Vimeo looks a bit more classy, we have heard stories of the Vimeo police removing commercial videos so we are not as keen on recommending them as an option unless you wish to pay a small fee to have more freedom.
